Potamiano Wax Museum

The Wax Museum of Potamianos is located in Zoniana Mylopotamos, being a private initiative of the sculptor Dionysis Potamianos. In the specially designed space, 104 life-size wax figures represent scenes from the history of Crete. Minoans, Byzantines, captains of the Ottoman Empire as well as important personalities such as Eleftherios Venizelos, come to life in front of the visitor's eyes, giving him a unique journey of knowing his homeland.
